ive been with my bf for almost a year now and he’s so kind and loving towards me. i was assaulted repeatedly by my ex years ago and my new bf is the only healthy relationship ive been in. yesterday i was giving him oral and he held my head down on him when he came which really triggered me it was like i was back with my ex. i couldn’t speak properly afterwards i was just frozen. this is the first time ive ever been triggered like this and im scared it will happen again. my bf apologised afterwards when he saw my reaction and comforted me a lot, i don’t blame him at all its my exs fault i reacted this way. ughhgghh yuck
