Did I get ripped off?
Hi everyone, The summary is I needed my wheels switched over quickly as we are going on a trip this week. I went to a jiffy lube where you don't have to make an appointment, they said half an hour. Great, Okay (It took 1.5 hours). They aren't on rims so I expected to pay more but it was $169 plus tax, that already seems crazy to me. But then they called and said all my lugnuts need to be replaced as they're all stripped (they showed me them and they were), so $120 more to replace those. This is the first time I've had to change the tires on this car as I bought it in winter with them on so I don't know if they were stripped previously or these people did that. End of story, did I overpay? Has anyone had a similar experience?
It's a 2011 Buick lucerne.
