Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice because I’m stuck dealing with SHEIN customer service and I don’t know what to do next.

I ordered multiple items from SHEIN recently, and all my other packages were delivered successfully to the same address. This is the only package that went missing.

The delivery photo the driver submitted appears to have been taken from inside his car. It does not show the package placed anywhere. Because of this, I strongly believe the driver never actually delivered the package.

Also, my delivery location is a college package receiving warehouse, not a regular house. There are very clear instructions posted on the door:

  • Packages must NOT be left at the door
  • After office hours, deliveries cannot be left outside
  • If the office is closed, the driver must return the next day

So even if the driver did reach the building, he was not allowed to leave the package outside. However, based on the photo, it doesn’t even look like he got out of the car.

I contacted SHEIN multiple times, but they sent me an automated response saying they cannot refund me because their system shows the package as delivered. They told me to check my address and mailbox, but my address was correct, and this is the same address where I have successfully received many other SHEIN orders.

The delivery company used was SpeedX, and this has made the situation even more difficult. They do not have real customer support.

Has anyone dealt with something like this before? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
