Rak bank credit card closure
Hey , i am on a serious problem with RAK Bank
My problem with them is each time i am waiting for a closure status, each time they are coming up with a new charge. On the first day itself have asked them that please tell me the full charge to close the full card , and they told me the final amount including settling the emi plan and other charges, after that call i paid all amount immediately and there was an excess amount which the bank needs to give me back .
After this payment was received , have got an email card is processed for permanent closure and have been following up for the immediate closure daily with them and called them again on the time period which they mentioned, during that time another customer care executive told me , i need to pay an another amount because its a emi cancellation amount, ok fine i have done that for the one last time .
And when i called the customer care again for checking another one said everything is closed, your card is closed but inorder to be reflected on AECB u need to wait for 2 days . I told okay fine , but after that immediately from the RAK Internal team got an email saying that , there is a negative balance which is being reflected for the cashback or something . I need to pay this immediately inorder to close the card, Like literally everytime i am waiting for card closure everytime they are coming up with new things .
Have recorded the voice of that agent telling me that my card is being closed .
Is there any suggestion you people got regarding this matter
