Hey everyone,

I'm trying to get a realistic picture of what junior Data Science / AI Engineers are making in Nepal right now. I've seen a lot of posts about salaries in India or the US, but not much specific to Nepal.

A few things I'm curious about:
• What's a typical monthly or annual salary range for a junior DS/AI role in Kathmandu vs. remote-for-foreign-companies?
• What's the jump like from junior to mid-level, salary-wise?
• Any companies in Nepal actually hiring for these roles (startups, IT firms, banks)?
