I got this guy running away from my friends at 5:21am (i know the footage says 4am but it's off by an hour). We're right behind shamrock pub and apparently other folks have been having similar robberies where somebody takes gas by drilling into the gas tank beneath the car and this person has also been taking car batteries from us. I'm pretty sure the the tan car he runs towards in the back is his as well because it disappears 40 seconds later at the end of the video.
