I'm a year in the process.

It's awful.

My worst situation is that since she started the process in June 26, she hasn't moved out or found alternative accommodation.

This is horrendous. The atmosphere, the bitterness. And she contributes nothing at all to the house costs.

Nothing. Not to the mortgage, the bills, the council tax, nothing.

I'm at the end of my tether and she laughs at me.

The court process is horrible and expensive.

This is an open rant to get it off my chest.

I hope that my experience is not yours.
