Hi all, very vulnerable post here. Please be kind.

I have bouts of extreme anxiety about burning in hell forever. I know logically that that is ridiculous, however, my fear takes over logic sometimes.

I’m looking for words of comfort, rationality, kindness. Anything that might help. Thank you.
