Need help and advice!

I need some honest advice regarding my Express Entry application.
This will be my second PR application. My first application was refused because of a missing document. At that time, I had applied without my spouse (non-accompanying).
For my current profile, I received an ITA with my spouse listed as non-accompanying. Initially, my spouse did not want to move to Canada and wasn't interested in taking the IELTS because they only have a high school education, so we didn't think it was worth it.
After receiving the ITA, I convinced my spouse to take the IELTS. They achieved the required scores, which would increase my CRS.
Here are my scores:
Received ITA with a CRS of 516 (spouse non-accompanying).

My CRS as a single applicant was 547.

If I now change my spouse's status to accompanying, my recalculated CRS would be 520, which is still above the cutoff for the draw in which I received my ITA.

My question is: Is it allowed to change my spouse's status from non-accompanying to accompanying after receiving the ITA if my recalculated CRS remains above the draw cutoff?
Has anyone done this successfully, or received guidance from IRCC? I really don't want to make another mistake, especially since this is my second application. I'd really appreciate honest advice from anyone with experience.

Re-Evaluation Success!

Is it worth requesting a reevaluation for my writing score? I was hoping to get at least a 9 in Writing.

Need Guidance

Hi guys,

Asking for a friend.

He recently received a refusal due to missing job duties in his employment letter. I wanted to ask whether IRCC reviews the entire application and identifies all potential concerns before issuing a refusal during the eligibility stage, or if they refuse the application based on the first issue they find.
For example, if there are other potential concerns in the application, such as a non-accompanying spouse or cash salary, would IRCC assess those as well before sending the refusal, or do they simply refuse the application once they find the first deficiency?

Thanks in advance for any insights.

Need help

CELPIP maxed out, spousal points maxed out.
With a non-accompanying spouse, my CRS is 523. If I include my spouse, it drops to 506.

Both our work permits have around 7 months left.

At this point, I don’t see many options left, and I don’t think CRS will drop to 504 anytime soon.

What are my options now?

Traveling after P1

Hi everyone.

I applied for PR with my spouse listed as non-accompanying and recently received my P1. My spouse currently holds a valid SOWP until December.

Please don’t ask about the reason for choosing the non-accompanying option, as everyone has their own circumstances. My question is simply: since I have already received my P1, could this create any issues for my spouse at the airport if he plans to travel to Canada next month on his valid SOWP?

I would appreciate hearing from anyone with a similar experience. Thanks!

CEC - PR Refusal

Got my CEC PR refusal today and I'm trying to understand whether a reconsideration request is worth pursuing.
The refusal states that I did not provide an employment letter with job duties and that my work experience could not be verified. However, I believe this is incorrect because my application included:
-Employment offer letter with job duties
-Pay stubs
-Bank statements showing payroll deposits
-CRA documents/NOA
-Company website information showing my role

The officer's notes also mention concerns about missing employment information, but from my understanding the required documents were submitted.
Has anyone had success with a reconsideration request in a situation where IRCC appears to have overlooked or misunderstood documents that were already included in the application?
