Hey folks,
I’ll be relocating to Pokhara for a few months (maybe longer) while building our house in the Pandeli area. Coming with my wife and our 17-month-old daughter, so trying to find something comfortable and practical rather than anything fancy.

Looking for:
- 2BHK or a small standalone house
- Parking space (must-have)
- Easy road access (I’ll be going up to Pandeli daily)
- Quiet, family-friendly area

Preferred location:
Gyarjati / Parshyang / Baglung Buspark side — basically anywhere that makes the Pandeli commute easy.

If anyone has leads, knows someone renting out, or even suggestions on specific areas/lanes to check, I’d really appreciate it 🙏
