My girlfriend taught me how to manage my finances and how to invest. I started in January and have been slowly investing into a governmental pension fund where i get 25% back when tax returns come and then some stocks. Overall doing montly 60€ in the pension fund and around 100€ in stocks through Revolut.
Hit 1000€ for a brief moment in my brokerage account today so felt like sharing since I am here almost every day reading ideas, news, advice for newbies etc.
My biggest success was betting on quantum - and i plan on doing so. This will be one of my long term gambles that i hope will do 10x or so… currently holding IONQ, and very little of RGTI & QUBT.
My biggest flop was not putting money on GOGL when it was literally at 93€/share on 30th of March because i thought it would drop more because of war… and then I didnt do more
Also flopped on Gold when literally bought it at the very very peak. Luckily it was only 30€ as i didn’t have more in the account.
Now I got some POET and its been fluctuating so I will hold long term.
I have (for my level) a large position in TTWO and i think if it drops again I will invest a little more before GTA 6 drops. I dont know how much it will add to the stock but I am trying to predict stock growth based on real-world events. Some people said the stock will grow, some said it wont. I will see how this idea plays out but the most anticipated game of all time should have some effect…
After drop I am not sure whether to hold TTWO long term or sell at a 10-20% profit (if that happens)
I think i will divide my 100€ into 50/50 and then do 50 in quantum and 50 in stable stocks. Probably in MAG 7.
Also thinking about investing into copper/copper mining and nuclear energy right now.
AI bubble makes me worried though - not sure which side to believe to be honest…
I do not have any ETF but my pension thing is something like that already. Although i can only take it out at 55yo
I dont think i will get PLTR or TSLA because I really dont like the owners (not gonna get political, just personal preference).
Do you guys have any comments or advice!?? I would really really appreciate it!!
TLDR: got some stoks and am up 10% on my portfolio of stable stocks and gambles.
