WINDOWS DEFENDER NOT WORKING (Full Scan)

Whenever I try to run a full scan, windows security(defender) stops working and the blue progression thing disappears when it's like 25 minutes left or 35 minutes as you can see in the image... I have updated everything... Windows 11... Please help...

Can't pick a Gun

NEW PLAYER HERE....After killing a person in the game(random npc passing by), I get the option to pick their gun by pressing "TAB" on pc..

BUT WHEN I do, my gun scroll opens up and I can't equip new gun.

How to pick npc guns? Or we actually can't pick it and have to buy from valentine
