Having a problem with the ISO file

Hi, i don't know if this is the right place to say this, i live in a restricted country and i wanted to download windows 11 so i can practice it in a VM, but i tried everything and i didn't work, i want someone to download the file( it is 8-9GB) and send it to me, i haven't looked up yet how he/she can send it to me but i am sure it is not a problem.

If anyone can do that i will really appreciate it, this is my only way to get it, i tried using vpns and asked someone friends if they have the file but i didn't get anything.

I may have uninstalled edge completely, I want edge back help.

Once upon a time I saw a reddit post on how to remove edge from your device so i ran the command on the command line and it deleted edge but the webview must have also been deleted then i wanted to use whatsapp on windows but it only shows a blank screen nothing else, so I tried installing edge but this error code showed up and do i have to reinstall windows? if so please help.
