How do i change it back to global numbering system

I was watching a 24 stack raid farm tutorial and everyone in the comments was telling that the farm didn't work and u can only stack 8 villages or something

This kinda confused me because i've seen people make 9x iron farms, 16x iron farms but they did not have a limit to stacking, are the stacking mechanics in raid farms different from the one in iron farms

Can someone please explain me these mechanics

I sheared them before recording, as u can see the sheep are eating the grass block but nothing is happening to that block

I made the wither skeleton farm made by silentwisperer, but the wither skeleton are spawning very slowly, and the rates are drastically low

I also spawn proofed a 44 X 44 area around my afk spot

And i did use a skulk catalyst to absorb all the xp

I am holding a looting sword, and i got 2-3 stacks of bones, 2 stacks of coal and 6 wither skulls in 30 minutes

I placed the glass on the west, north-west and north of the spawn spots just like silentwisperer

What am i doing wrong?

Im playing on mobile, Bedrock, and im on the latest version for phones(tiny takeover update)
