Hi, how's this game doing and how's comunity liking it?

Im sitting in the er after breaking my leg ( sry about spelling the got me on the strong stuff) thinkng about what to play while i heal and this popped up. I played it at launch and really liked it. Had a few issues but felt it was a solid 8.5 out of 10. I just put it down after beating the MSQ to let it grow a bit and i think something else came out i was interested. Didn't have any negative reason to leave.

So.....

How how's it been, how do yall feel since launch, how are the devs?

Everybody say HB to Ruby

It's Ruby's birthday you guys! 🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂

Happy birthday Zhou Hongxian, the girl born on the seventh day of July (Chinese Valentine’s Day), grown into the cutest and bravest heroine of Blissful Retreat.

Ruby's outfit is called 百衲衣(Bai na yi) or the Hundred-Patched Robe. It's a traditional folk talisman in China for children prone to illness or misfortune.

Kids like Ruby eat rice gathered from many households (Qianjia Fan, Rice of a Thousand Homes), and wear this Hundred-Patched Robe to ward off sickness and calamity, so they may live a long life.

Since Ruby lost her mother as an infant, and her father(Uncle Zhou to young master) had to work all the time, he decided to make this for his little girl, and the villagers of Blissful Retreat were just glad to do what they could for little Ruby.

To make the robe, the kid's family would beg a scrap of cloth from each household nearby, then stitched all the pieces together into one garment.

Ruby's clothes in particular were made to a teen's size in the hope that she would grow big and strong, and the blessing would still be with her if she got the chance to grow older. Being a 10-yr-old she would tie the hem in a knot.

How much practice does it take to No Damage a boss on Abyss (for you)?

I've put my mind to it that I will try to no damage as many bosses as I can and if possible all of them (I just love the PvE combat of the game and find it rewarding).

So far I have only completed 5 and I noticed how much training time it takes for me to accomplish this for each boss and wanted to know if this was normal. For simple ones like Ye Wanshan and Void king it took me like 2 hours of actual training and maybe 1 hour of attempting (split over two to three days) and these were definitely the easier bosses for me to do the Abyss trial run.

However, some bosses take me WEEKS of trying (I usually log in and practice for 30 minutes to 1 hour when I log in, if I feel like it). I would say I am attempting this quite casually like sometimes I don't practice at all, other times when I'm motivated I log in to just practice and do like 2 hours of nothing but Abyss.

What do you think is the best way to go about this? I definitely feel I start crashing out in those two hour sessions and I am sort of playing out of spite so I am aware its probably not productive to do those long hours of nothing but abyss (also my attention span is basically completely depleted by the end of 40 minutes).

Nevertheless, some of these bosses just take weeks to even get to the second phase without taking damage (consistently) and finding out which mystic skills are best suited for it also extends that time Its suchhh a pain when it drags that long.

I do look at how some other people to it on youtube, but they often use different weapons. Now that the game has locked certain builds for each attempt, I feel it has gotten harder too and I can rarely find the weapon that is locked on youtube. Also I remember when I was No Damaging Lucky Seventeen after the Hidden Mountain update they literally disabled celestial seize for that boss which is helpful to stun and deplete his qi meter during his berserk attack, and I felt like in a pit of despair when I first saw it, but then it was fine because I got his ass on the same day. Anyway, now I'm trying Zheng E and I think I am getting quite close to no damaging him, I just need better spatial awareness for his second phase pillar sequence, and also more awareness of my endurance for dodging his non-deflectable attacks.

Anyway I just wanted to vent my experience with this and also ask if taking weeks or even close to a month with some bosses was skill issue or is it normal? What does your practice schedule look like if you are on this path to no damage every boss?

Good to know Uncle Jiang always kept Young Master on their toes

This is from one of the scrolls that can be archived, I think it's in our old house, a very cute story about Aunt Han's look at Young Wanderer and Uncle Jiang. Both have such a flair for drama

Isn’t her outfit the best? I hope it’s coming soon!

I’ve been seeing her featured in the new trailer—does this mean we might be able to get this outfit soon? It’s one of the best $1 outfits; both the hair and the outfit are amazing.

Weapon commitment

Hi together,

I am playing for about 2 weeks now and really struggle to commit into one weapon. I really like heng dao at the moment, but that means heavy investment into its inner art to be good, as far as i know.

How bad is it to swap weapons later on?
Other melee dps weapons look great too and I don‘t know much about the current meta.

I'm surprised by people who say the game is about to end and die... but they don't know that the game is still in its early stages and we have a long way to go…#Where_Resident_Evil_Meet💀⚔️
