Which of these 3 new CN Mystic Skills do you think would impact Global PvP the most?

CN received 3 new Mystic Skills:

  • Skill 1: Long-range anti-mobility + 70% Qi drain
  • Skill 2: Overhealing converted into damage
  • Skill 3: Gap closer + anti-mobility

After watching the gameplay, Skill 3 seems the strongest for PvP because of the combo potential and reliable engage.

Which one do you think would have the biggest impact if Global gets them?
