I just bought the fans in the title and they are in the program but it seems like they have more leds than they should?

If i use a custom strip with 16 leds (Be Quiet says they have 16) not everything is glowing

But if i use a custom strip with 20 leds they all glow.

Am I just using this program wrong or why does this happen?
