Both shows have that mystery survival vibe, but his acting really makes the scenes hit hard. Feels like watching a darker horror version of Lost sometimes

Could anyone tell a proper diet that makes the brain fresh, improve focus and concentration.

I usually have rice and rice based food for breakfast and lunch, which has more carbohydrate so can anyone provide a diet without excluding rice for lunch with vitamins and protein rice foods to keep the brain fresh
