35 year old female. Here are my blood test results:

esr range is 0-20 mm/HR, mine is 47. crp range is 5.0 mg or less, mine is 16. speckles pattern range is <1:40, mine is 1:640. complement c3 range is 82-167 mg/dL, mine is 184. chromatin Ab range is <20 units, mine is 37. anti-nuclear antibody test was positive. u creat random range is 47-110 mg/dL, mine is 176.9. u protein random range is 1-14 mg/dl, mine is 15. daily itchy bumps on face that appear randomly and in no particular pattern. recurring weekly migraine headaches and pain in my body daily. what do i have?

I’ve been to two rheumatologists and an allergist. They all say I have an autoimmune disease but aren’t sure which one.
