Unfortunately, I don't remember if I read this in English or German. And it may well have been more than 10 years ago.

Pairing: Harry/Severus, Draco/Ginny

Severus was in a coma for years (due to Nagini’s bite? definitely post-war) and was cared for at Potters’ house. During that time, Harry started a family with Ginny. Harry is now separated (or in the process of getting a divorce?), and Ginny is now with Draco.

One plot detail I still remember: Severus discovers that Lily is actually Draco’s daughter.
