I (Taurus F) have been dating a Taurus m for a few years and I love him very much. We have a very strong relationship built on companionship and enjoying each others company.

However since of late, the relationship has become unexciting and a bit boring. I can literally predict what every week looks like. He doesn’t like to go out spontaneously and is a huge home body.

I’m really struggling with feeling connected in the relationship and I feel bored and distant because of it. Not sure how to fix this issue

Has anyone experienced weightloss while using Berberine?

My biggest issue with me PCOS is the insulin resistance and I used to take metformin which helped me with managing my weight however I hate the fact that I have to get a prescription filled monthly.

Does anyone recommend Berberine and is it comparable to metformin for weightloss?
