I recently completed my TCS Prime interview (15th May, Adibatla) and it went till the HR round. Both technical and HR rounds went well according to me.

The problem is that I already have another offer from a different company (5 LPA), and the joining date is June 1st. On the joining day, they require signing a 2-year service agreement/bond.

On the other hand, if selected, TCS would obviously be a much better opportunity for me in terms of career growth, learning opportunities, and brand value.

Today is May 19th, and from what I’ve heard, TCS results can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks after HR.

So I’m confused:

• Should I wait for the TCS result before committing to the other company?
• Is it risky to reject a confirmed offer hoping for TCS?
• Has anyone received TCS results within 1–2 weeks after HR recently?

Would really appreciate honest advice from people who’ve been in a similar situation.
