I ordered a new phone and paid the charges on April 17th, phone was scheduled to arrive on April 22nd then April 26th and 27th. phone never arrived. fed ex has no idea where it is, xfinity started a loss claim with fed ex but has offered me no resolution or timeline for refund or shipment replacement.
very close to ending all my services with Xfinity, I’ve been a loyal customer over 20 yrs.
i even offered to retrieve a new phone from the Xfinity store and was told id have to pay again instead of a credit to the store.
how long am I expected to wait for this to be resolved.
