Looking for leggings that are cut for a smaller waist with larger hips. High waisted, opaque, basic colors (black).

I saw Lululemon have a contour fit legging and the size chart looks good but they are only available here (Australia) in one style and the smaller sizes are already sold out. Are there other options? I'm tired of having "paper bag" style waists on my leggings. I'd love some recommendations!
