Hello. 28 M 5'9 85 kg. Badly need advice. I've been going to the gym for a month na and so far, ito lang yung exercises na nagagawa ko. I usually do 4 sets (1 warm up and 3 working sets) and these are the reps that I do and the weights for each exercise (photo). PPL ang split na ginagamit ko ngayon and I only train for 3 days since nagwowork ako and 2 hours din ang biyahe ko. Goal ko mag-build ng muscle while losing fat. Okay na kaya itong exercises ko or dagdagan ko pa? Thank you so much sa mga advices ninyo.
