After many years I realised i was struggling with alpha gal syndrome this whole time which lead me into this direction!

-Chronic fatigue doesn’t lift whatsoever
-every morning feels like a flu
-neuropathy in hands and feet with recent tingling in face
-complete mental mayhem with ocd anxiety and heavy apathy
-body flushes
-extreme autonomic dysfunction one sip of water sometimes Throws my body down a spiral it’s nuts! Then I’m stuck in bed, like bro 😂.

I don’t know why I’m laughing these issues are jut so stupid

And the weirdest thing of all is I was taking cephalaxin for something and it literally lifted depression off for like a week then it came back!
