‘Mayra ki Gufa’: Following the Haldighati Yuddh between Maharana Pratap and Akbar, this was the secret place where Maharana Pratap and his army stayed in Dulawato ka Ghuda near Gogunda. This Hidden Cave served as the Maharana Pratap’s secret shelter and armoury. Completely obscured from public view by dense forest. This Gufa cannot be seen from miles away, but if you reach the top of the Gufa, you can see more than 20km far from here. Wonderful place to visit.

Plant Protein Options in India

I’ve been eating mostly plant-based for 6 months and needed a clean protein no artificial stuff. Been using Naturaltein chocolate 1kg for about 4 months now.
Taste:
It was better than I expected for plant protein. Not as smooth as whey, but with oat milk it’s pretty decent. Slightly grainy but that’s kind of expected with pea/rice blends.
Digestion:
This was my main concern but no issues at all. No bloating or weird stomach stuff even after regular use.
Ingredients:
Main reason I picked it. Pretty clean label no artificial sweeteners, uses stevia, no soy.
Overall:
If you’re vegan/plant-based and want something clean, it’s a solid option. Bit on the expensive side, but does what it says.
