This is my first cycle after having to tfmr in April. I haven’t gotten my period yet, but I had all the signs. EWCM, and LH surge and major ovulation cramps and back pain. The only thing that’s off is my BBT isn’t climbing.
CM has changed and no longer surging, so what are the chances I actually ovulated this time? ChatGPT says that my temp could be off due to the hormones regulating after TFMR, but still says it’s likely I ovulated based on the bodily changes….but I’d like to know if anyone has had experience with this.
I would have ovulated Wednesday, today is Sunday. I also want to start progesterone because that’s what I did for this last pregnancy, was start right after ovulation to make sure my numbers stay up…. Any advice is appreciated! TYIA
