Looking for destination suggestions for a couple trip around end of November to first week of December.

Duration: 9–11 days

Considering:

• Not preferring Asia
• Prefer nature, mountains, beaches, culture, scenic towns, good food, unique experiences
• Not very interested in heavily man-made/glam tourism destinations like Dubai or Singapore

Would love recommendations for places with good weather during that time and a relaxed itinerary pace.

Open to:

• One country in depth
• Or 2 nearby countries/cities if travel is easy

Would appreciate itinerary ideas too :)
