So I've sold on Vinted for awhile now, any clothes i price at £1-2 as per second hand items. I only sell clothes in very good condition (very few have fixable flaws which i list detailed & picture!)_ A buyer bought a green/brown dress off me for £1.00,Size S & it's a maxi dress!

I recieved a message Saying it "doesn't fit" as it's "too small" it is a bodycon dress, they're a size 10- for referance it fit me when i became an M as its super stretchy& double lined, just wasn't very friendly to my girls lol😭 as per i listed it (small cup friendly), so this has confused me immensely.

They then sent another message saying it's ALSO not a maxi dress...mind you it is listed as one from where i purchased. I feel as though they were unaware there are different styles of maxi dresses- often from floor length to ankle & lower shin level!! I have many myself, again this was listed 😭 I was friendly and instantly apologised saying it fit me as an M aswell as a S, It is listed as a maxi and that all of my maxis fit the sizing of the dress i sold for 1.00. And that I'm sorry to hear it_ I'm a pro seller & their has been no response since.

I looked through reviews on their side- quite a few where sellers have reached out back to them after a message recieved & had no response only to recieve a bad review...when they were offered to return the item!!

One where they purchased 2.00 pants from someone (Tesco brand) & gave the seller 1 star as they assumed they were selling REAL leather pants for £2.00 via tesco *who only sell faux to my knowledge*.

I'm unsure what to do really as i still have about 2 weeks and they don't seem intent on returning an item that "doesn't fit" which baffles me as to why they'd keep it?? Unless they're intent on giving myself a bad review and taking it up on vinted??

I've never had one before & i often sell as kindly as i can so just thought id put this out there for someone elses input💗x
