Does anybody have any experience with either of these? I’m mainly thinking about the kak just because i’ve heard they are solid for the price, but i also know that PSA is pretty reliable.

I’m looking to put a super safety in the M&P 15 Sport 3. I can’t find much about super safety/frt online with this gun. I’ve heard mixed things. As far as i know i need a full auto BCG, and an H3 buffer, im going with the AS Design M2 SUPER SAFETY KIT. I’ve attached pictures of my lower if anybody can help and tell me if this is a high shelf or low shelf.
