Anybody here know if the carl has gotten better? I was looking at these for my m16a2 clone and looked away because I didn't hear good things about it. So I figured I'd ask if they got better

I’ve been working on a trigger pack for the x95 for a while. 6 years ago. Figured I get back on the project. Here is a video of it running. 12.5” barrel chopped with direct thread form 1 can. Oal with the can is about the same as a standard rifle. Lightning bow trigger but other then that my pack design.
I just bought and installed it within the last 2 weeks
I bought the ambi trigger kit and a ARMASPEC SMB GEN 3 BUFFER-H3 KIT. I finally got to the range today and up until the last 3 mags it would fire 2 rounds and i would get a dead trigger. Most of the time the next round would not be loaded into the chamber so there wouldn’t even be a light primer strike. I found that it would only run flawlessly if you shot a round in semi first and then switch to the 3rd position. How can i get it to run more reliably.
Kak k-spec enhanced buffer with flat spring, 4.7oz. Best I could get it to do was 2 rounds, and it was very inconsistent. The other times, it'd have failures to feed and wouldn't even pick up a round sometimes. Worked perfectly fine with h1 buffer and regular spring without ss. Now I know about getting an h3 buffer and all that I’m more worried about figuring out if it has enough gas. I was told it’s under gassed a bit. Haven’t gotten to try it with the h1 buffer or anything to see what that does, just asking here for some answers.

Upper: BCA midlength 18 inch hbar .950, midwest rail and upper block, pof dictator gas block, versapod model 1 bipod, Yhm qd brake, gg&g fg, L3 LA5, devil dog concepts side charger ( i know it's not necessary I just think it looks cool), vortex strikeagle 1-6, kak spec bcg.
Lower: psa poor boy lower, magpup furniture, geissele h2 with braided spring, deez nuts tactical super safety.
Runs like an absolute dream. I had to do a little milling on the upper and the lower. But nothing i couldnt do with a dye grinder. (I build so i was confident in myself)
I had a lot of spare parts from previous builds Laying around for this one, so it was really for fun. But i'm very happy with it. Let me know what y'all think I would love to get suggestions.Because I kind of want to either build or turn this into a serious purpose built support weapon
I originally installed this super safety into my lower and did a function test and everything worked fine with and without the upper. I swapped to a cornfire marc frt for a couple days and now that I swapped back to the super safety the 3rd pos doesn't work. I've reinstalled it like 5 times already and still the middle pos allows me to pull the trigger and the hammer moves a little but doesn't fire. safe and semi work as they should.
Sorry in advance, I'm a beginner in the hobby. I've built 2 ARs so far, 1 is high dollar and the other is my "farm" gun. Farm gun is getting an upgrade... I've been doing some research and utilizing AI, but I was hoping to get some input before I pull the trigger. I just ordered a bunch of extras to bombproof this platform. So here's where I'm at:

Has anyone come out with a trip for the BCA 22 uppers? I found one for their bufferless 9MM uppers, but I can’t find one for the 22. Before anyone says anything negative, I own multiple BCA uppers, haven’t had any issues with them
My two local ranges have now banned SS firing. We are relegated to 1 shot per second due to people coming in and spraying and praying. Apparently one idiot came in and was hitting targets five lanes over ON AN OUTDOOR RANGE. Zero control over the gun. Immediate ban on SS.
So, have fun but don't be like Dick. Remember the 4 rules and always have control of your firearm.
I was going to put these in two more of my guns but now I have to drive over 2 hours to anywhere I can shoot them at.
I have an Arc Fire 0-45-90 with a precut Geissele trigger. The safety functions as it should, but once I pull the trigger it’s like I immediately hit a wall, there is minimal follow through after the trigger breaks. I’ve tested the trigger without the Arc Fire and it functions as it should with a normal follow through. Anyone have any ideas for what could fix this?
