As the title suggests, I have my final appearance in court next month to have my case dismissed & expunged as part of the agreement I entered. Unfortunately, the arrest article regarding the incident is still out there. My question is, should I reach out to the agency that wrote the article, explain what i’ve learned, etc and show them proof of expungement, to ask them if they’d take down the article or at the very least de-index it?
