So I'm currently in TMU's engineering co-op program and just got an offer for a 4-month position. I'm pretty sure the co-op office won't approve it since it's minimum 8-month but I still want to take it.

If anyone has been in a similar situation, I was wondering:

• Do I have to drop out of the program to take it?
• Can I get kicked out for taking an unapproved position?
• Is there a way to pause my co-op sequence and rejoin later?

Just trying to figure out if I can take this without completely burning my spot in the co-op program

Does anyone know when the stipend will be released? I completed all final deliverables and my employer also completed the feedback, however, no invoice has even been created nor have I been paid.
