So I made some homemade fettuccine and i wanted to boil some noodles to take to my partner at work. I boiled the noodles in boiling water with salt and olive oil, drained and then put them in a Tupperware with a separate one for the vodka sauce. My plan was to heat up the sauce with the microwave at work and mix it with the still warm noodles but they clumped together. How could I have prevented this?
