Some of the doctors I've visited said that I will be able to walk in 3 days after replacement with walker and in 2,3 weeks I'll be able to stand on my own and walk normally. And alongside I always need to continue physiotherapy.

For reference, I'm 23 Years olf & I have stage 3 bilateral AVN. Left is more damadged then right one.

What timeline should I expect to get back on normal walking so that I don't need support from walker or cane or crutches.

Please be realistic, I don't need false hope.

Also after surgery when things get normal, will I face any pain or any issues ?

I'm 23 years old and detected AVN in both hips and it's grade 3 😬

Pain is too much and also visited more than 5,6 doctors with latest MRI. Everyone is saying I should do THR surgery otherwise it will go worse and it will affect other body organs as well.

The stage 3 is too bad and also damage is also really high.

But I still want to try stem cell bone marrow treatment once and see how it treats me.

Otherwise surgery is the only option.

If anyone have any opinion please share 🙏

Ps : I'm having my marriage in December 2026
