Is 45 creatures too much for a dimir Ninja deck?

Hi, I have been wanting to make a Ninja deck for a while and I am finally putting mine together and picked up some Ninjas. The issue is that I have 45 creatures and like 5 instant and sorceries and in blue/black I feel like I might need to cut some things.

I chose Satoru Umezawa as my commander since I feel like a Yuriko lead would be too much for my table, because we usually play bracket 2/3. I usually make bracket 2 decks, but they are pretty consistent, even if they don't always win. With this deck I wanted to spread out into having two game plans, Ninjas and surprise expensive scary creatures. So I included ninja support and a lot of evasive cheap creatures.

I have 14 pieces of draw and 9 pieces of ramp despite favoring creatures and am not sure what to cut. I have a maybe board of spells I own to replace some creatures if needed, but I am not sure what to switch.
