Managed to get my CD350 to cooperate long enough to fill a cd :) unfortunately it’s not a RW so we shall see if I can get the next CD initialized but I’m happy to have gotten one 😁

As badly as I want to get this to work, clearly it has not and I don’t have the technical skills to try anymore 😭 obviously I have spent an insane amount of money to accumulate all of this but if there’s anyone here that’s better with fixing things than I am I’m sure this could be a pretty good bargain. Also yes I’m aware that you can’t use mini DVDs in these but I bought them before I knew that so maybe somebody in here also has a camcorder…

I’m open to any offers or if there’s anyone that could trade a singular working mavica (FD ideally) with all the needed accessories (or I keep some of these) I would be completely fine with a trade. If there’s any questions about any of the stuff I’m more than happy to answer them :) my other posts in the sub also show the issues with them

ETA: will also include 7 Mavica CDRs, they are currently en route to my house but obviously don’t need them now

Bad day for me if you saw my other post! Bought another cd350 in the hopes that it could be Frankensteined with mine and potentially create one that doesn’t have disc errors every time but now I just have 2 with the same problem. Tried 15+ disks, mavica and memorex, R and RW, same issue. Some of them say format error instead but none work. Once again I ask does anyone have any advice or am I SOL 😵‍💫

Welp, I bought 2 untested FD200s hoping that between the two of them I could create 1 functioning camera, turns out the screens are broken on both. Anybody have any advice on what to do next… do I have any options other than just trying to find another one 😭
