If you have an automatic ice maker, once a month dump a full tray in the furthest or highest commode.

Flushing it down will act to scrub the pipes on its journey and in time all the scruff will flow much better.

Stringy things and diaper wipes move along.

If it catches on its first or second flushing it'll melt and work better each time after.
