It brings together tasks, projects, CRM, notes, visual planning and real file/folder linking in one workspace for independent professionals, freelancers and small teams.

PrimeTask keeps your tasks, projects, notes, client context, files, business knowledge and intellectual property connected in one place, while keeping the data local and under your control.

Your workspace lives on your machine, your data is stored locally in open JSON files, and the app keeps working even when you are offline.

It also includes optional Bring Your Own AI support, so AI can be connected when useful, but it is not required to use the app.

PrimeTask is still pre-launch, and we are currently fixing the remaining bugs and polishing the experience.
