My 7 year old could have marinera pasta for every meal but we put a limit that he can have it once a day for one meal (any meal even breakfast) last Saturday we were out and about all day and he did not have his pasta when we made it home it was to late and he went to sleep... woke me up to tell me he is hungry. "Mami pasta?" There I was making pasta at 11:00 pm he ate it all and kept saying it was yummy and saying "I'm so happy" not a day goes by that he doesn't get his pasta
