I applied on an announcement that included the budget offices of ~10 different ICs. Can anyone speak to the cultures in these offices? Are any better places to work than others? Any particularly good budget officers? Looking for a low stress environment with good training programs to get new hires up to speed.

ICs in the announcement were OD, NIAID, NIBIB, NICHD, NEI, NIA, NHGRI, NIMH, NIGMS, NIEHS, and NINDS.
