I hope that Amazon continue the tradition of bringing back at least one actor from the previous movie.

Would you be open to Amazon making something like this?

I feel like this sub is generally pretty anti-anything on TV for Bond, and don’t get me wrong, I don’t want to see the franchise become like Star Wars or Marvel with slop served up every 3 months. However, I DO think that there’s a place for a limited-run, prestige drama series in the years where there’s no Bond movie in cinemas, similar to what Warner did with Batman/Penguin. Focus on more grounded, small-scale, Fleming-like stories and missions, that wouldn’t work in a blockbuster movie, but would make great TV stories. Thoughts?

EDIT: To be clear, this WOUND'T be Idris Elba as Bond. This would be Idris Elba as 009, Ana De Armas as 004, and Jack Lowden as 005. 3 agents completely separate to Bond telling much smaller stories about much smaller missions. Basically "Here's what Mi6 does when Bond isn't off saving the world".

Especially now, a “calm, trusted contact inside the increasingly unhinged Kremlin” would be a great character.
