Just another randomly selected user who has been restricted from posting in groups.
To wait 90 days due to a bug/non-user issue is INSANE. I know I did not violate any policies, community standards, etc.
If you have talked to a human, what has the response been?
Has it been escalated to higher support?
Are telling them it’s an issue affecting more than just yourself?
If you’re able to speak to a human, please tell them to search “restriction”, “restrictions“, “banned”, “ban”, “July”, and all other keywords pertaining to this on Reddit so they can see the outcry.
I do not have a verified account, so I have been reporting this problem every day with no response. I wish Facebook had better support communication options. I’d love to request a review but of course we know Meta AI is telling us there are no restrictions therefore there’s no review to be requested.
It‘s frustrating to not be part of conversations in community groups, not be able to post items for sale in classified groups, not be able to advertise my services in childcare groups, etc. Groups are a huge reason as to why I still have a Facebook account.
