Partnership

Filed my LLC this week to start a logistics company — no trucks or warehouse yet, just trying to figure this out.

10+ years in warehousing/logistics ops (Amazon, Lineage Logistics, DB Schenker, RealTruck) and finally decided to build something of my own. This week I filed the LLC for Anchor Logistics — a hybrid model combining DTC pick-pack fulfillment with B2B freight/warehousing, focused on oversized/bulky goods (furniture, patio, pools, fitness equipment — the stuff that doesn’t fit neatly into standard shipping and fulfillment).

Still early — building out the operational side and figuring out the right infrastructure, while cold-outreaching to local retailers and DTC brands who deal with damage claims and shipping headaches on this kind of freight.

If anyone’s built a logistics company from scratch, I’d genuinely love to hear what worked for you.

DFW-based fulfillment for DTC brands scaling into wholesale

Hey guys dropping a quick note in case anyone here is looking to upgrade their fulfillment setup or evaluate new 3PL options heading into the next quarter.

I run Anchor Freight out of DFW. We built a hybrid setup specifically to keep DTC pick & pack and B2B/pallet freight under one roof so founders don't have to manage multiple warehouses. Being central in Dallas lets us hit ~93% of the US in 2 days ground.

If you're outgrowing your current setup, dealing with high shipping rates, or just want a second pair of eyes on your current fulfillment numbers, shoot me a DM! Always happy to talk shop.
