Best Ladder team for home workouts with limited equipment? Former Team Limitless member
Former Team Limitless member here looking for recommendations on the best Ladder team/program for mostly home workouts now.
I recently cancelled my gym membership, so I no longer have access to all the equipment I had before. Right now I have:
- Adjustable dumbbells
- A second bedroom setup with some smaller equipment/accessories
- A standard apartment gym
I do generally prefer lifting heavier and liked the style/intensity of Team Limitless, so I’m trying to find something that still feels progressive/challenging even with more limited equipment.
For anyone who trains mostly from home:
- What Ladder team do you recommend?
- Are there any teams that still work well for strength/hypertrophy with limited equipment?
- Has anyone actually seen legit results/body recomposition working out from home with dumbbells/apartment gym setups?
Would especially love hearing from people who transitioned from a full gym to home workouts. Thanks!
