Need help finding a skit

So I don't know if this is the best subreddit to be asking this after all so do pardon me on that, but there's this 1 skit I remember but can't find for the life of me so I'm just pretty much here to check with anyone that's aware of it.

It's a skit abt a guy reliving his basketbal prime when a janitor passes by the gym door, recognizes the guy amd just says "nevermind man, carry on/you're good", then it goes into this whole plot where he relives how he hit the buzzer, beat up a guy ans bit his ear off, went to jail, ESCAPED jail, went to his mom's to drop the money off, got back to the whole start just to relive the memory from the start and shooting the ball on the hoop as SWAT tackles the guy.

Anything that comes to mind?

Question: Best method to get Hoarder?

So, I've been trying to crack the easiest/nicest method to purposefully get this card, or the best way to manipulate luck to REACH said card easier but without luck, so it would be nice if anyone knew of an effective way of obtaining it.

- I've tried Stonks + Chad, so far it's the best methord if done on canyon for the medalion quest
- Def requiers a good ammo self sustain build just in case.
- Decent perk lineup for quick haunted house clear/movement (Trower + Boing + Impact nade)

These are just what I've ran so far on around hard dificulty. Anyone already figured out the best way to get it? Even if not, some ideas on where to get/find jokers would be nice.
