Preface: I love this game. I am enjoying the PTR.

But please, explain to me why one would release the ranger class on PTR with one of the main skills bugged at level 1. It seems like a reasonable assumption that with a delayed release of ranger on PTR that they would have fixed the problems AT LEVEL 1.

Eipologue: Still love this game. I have multiple levels 10s on the PTR.
