Need help with the first shifting

Hi, I'm trying to shift. This is the method I use: I relax my whole body and don't move, focus on my breathing and the blackness behind my eyes, then imagine the desired reality, what kind of room I see in front of me, what sensations I experience, what sounds I hear, what smell I feel. I practice this morning and evening, whether on a bed or on an armchair. there are minor symptoms: I start to feel like I'm flying, I stop feeling the surface beneath me, and I see some images that are often unrelated to dr. There are 2 problems: 1) I often start falling asleep and the minute I fall asleep, I start seeing another dream, then I wake up and start imagining everything anew. 2) if I don't fall asleep or wake up, I just lie like this for 50 minutes. how long do I have to lie like this without moving? and is it even worth continuing to lie still ? After all, I'm losing my patience, it's quite difficult to spend 50 minutes on it
