When I was around 18 or so I was measured by my doctor at 5’5 3/4. Recently at an apt I was measured at 5’4 1/2. Ik it shouldn’t matter much I was short before and I’m still short now but this really has me losing my mind. It’s a unique feeling to find out ur shorter than u initially thought. It feels like I shrunk the instant I found out. And maybe I did shrink w poor posture etc but at my age (24 now)I’m thinking I maybe just wasn’t initially mesured right or smtn idk.

Idk if this is a dumb post but I feel like I had largely come to terms w my height and now it’s like the wound is reopened and has me feeling awful abt myself all over again
